Terms of Service

Payment

For hunting, payment is due upon receipt of your reservation, paid by cash, check, or credit card.  All taxes are included in the published price.

For events, a deposit of the event fee is due upon receipt of the reservation, with the remainder paid in full 30 days prior to your event.

Cancellation and Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. In the event that you must cancel your reservation, written notice must be received 14 days in advance and every effort will be made to reschedule you during the current season if available. However, space is limited. All sales are final.
